Sorting systems with belt
Sorting systems with conveyor belts are suitable for sorting inhomogeneous, lumpy or shredded materials. The range of different belt widths enables the economical sorting of different throughputs.
Sorting systems with chute
Sorting systems with chutes are suitable for removing foreign matter or impurities from already shredded material. They sort plastic flakes and regrind as well as broken glass.
Sorting systems for retrofitting
The modular design of the sorting units allows retrofitting on existing belts. In this way, sorting systems can be modernized without the need for extensive new construction.
Analysis technology
With the FLAKE SCAN analysis system from Sesotec, the quality of plastic flakes and regrind can be determined efficiently and precisely. Incoming and outgoing material batches can be analyzed with repeat accuracy, which simplifies communication with customers and suppliers.
