BLUELINE from LINETECHNOLOGY is a dynamically reconfigurable processing system with a modular design.
The arrangement of the container-based processing units (modules) is individually adapted to the required processing process. An extensive product range that covers almost all established process steps of dry mechanical-physical waste processing can be used - all from a single source and coordinated with one another.
This product is particularly suitable where processing is constantly subject to changes in both space and requirements.
In particular, corporate groups with multiple locations benefit from the mobility concept, since, depending on where it is needed, the entire system can be relocated and put into operation within minutes.
From truck to production line
1. Process and plant design
In the BLUECTRL software, define the layout and parameters of the machines you want to use. Your system design is saved as a "recipe", which means you can easily load and use it again and again.
2. Module placement
Bring the modules to the desired location and in the previously determined arrangement. With the powerful SUPPORT MOVER, maneuvering is done quickly and precisely.
3. Plug...
The modules are connected to power and compressed air via standard connections. The module includes everything from the control cabinet to the compressed air preparation. This means you can even operate your line with a construction site compressor. Additional cables and connections are not necessary. The intelligent wireless connections of the modules take over for you.
4. .. initialize..
Initialize the system using the control tablet. The software guides you intuitively through the entire commissioning process, including any fine adjustments that may still be necessary, such as leveling the modules using the cranks on the corners. Matters such as establishing module communication and safety systems are handled automatically by the program.
5. .. and play
After initialization, the system is ready for operation. Live adjustments such as setting splitter elements can be made fully automatically via the tablet. Fine adjustments of this kind can also be saved and recalled.
